A protest on the Indiana State University Campus and on other college campuses across the country by Students for Concealed Carry.
It encourages college students to wear empty gun holsters on campuses this week.
Group members want to start a conversation about the school's bans on concealed weapons.
For many students, it's about the constitutional right to carry a gun and more importantly it is also about keeping themselves safe from attackers on campus.
Many say that they are at the mercy of those who would illegally bring weapons of any kind on campus and attack the unarmed student.
The chapter has collected over 600 signatures on a petition for the Board of Trustees at ISU to reconsider their policy about concealed carry on campus.
Security personnel say that they do not allow any guns on campus or even in cars.
Those for concealed carry point out that in recent attacks on college campuses around the country many are dead before campus police show up.
