Tips from the public lead officers from the Indiana State Police Putnamville District, to make another meth arrest.
The ISP Putnamville Meth Lab Enforcement Team, followed leads to a residence at 605 South Coal Street, Dugger.
There they found an active methamphetamine lab and several articles related to previous methamphetamine manufacturing.
No finished product was found, but the significant amount of evidence located strongly suggests that methamphetamine manufacturing had been occurring at the home for some time.
Police arrested 27 year old Joshawa Collins, of Dugger, IN.
He is now facing several meth related charges and is in the Sullivan County Jail on $74,000 bond The Indiana State Police are asking the public to continue providing methamphetamine related tips to the Meth Lab Enforcement Team at 765-653-4114.
