More arrests are expected from a string of burglaries in Parke, Clay and Vigo counties.

Businesses, churches, schools and an ATM machine have all been hit.

The rash of burglaries includes 13 in Parke County, three in Clay County and one in Vigo County. This past weekend Parke County police arrested 35 year old Kevin Walker, of Carbon on burglary charges in connection with break-ins in Mansfield. Parke County Sheriff’s Deputies searched two residences in Parke County and found more stolen property and other evidence. At least two new suspects have been identified and more charges could be added to those against Walker.
