A Greencastle man was killed and another was hurt in a logging accident earlier this week.

It happened in Parke county and the Sheriffs department there,  says that 59 year old Terry L. Branham, was killed and 18 year old Cody Leak, was hurt when a tree fell unexpectedly.

Branham was pronounced dead at the scene.

.Leak was transported to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

He was treated and released.
