A ground breaking ceremony on a new $21 million housing complex on the Indiana State University campus.

The new facility that will feature eight small housing units that are four stories tall.

The North Residence Hall is designed to accommodate a total of 352 students.

Construction is expected to wrap up in April 2014, with students moving into the facility in August.
