Indiana State Police made four arrests Tuesday afternoon while attempting to serve a felony arrest warrant on a female in Vincennes. Police say that, while the woman was not at the residence, they did find drug paraphernalia and meth throughout the apartment and arrested the two tenants, Rachel Harris, 19, and Anna Russell, 27. Christopher Farley, 28, and Brandon Goble, 23, who were visiting the residence at the time, were found to have meth in their possession and were also arrested. All four were taken to Knox County Jail on various Felony and Misdemeanor charges.
