Fire Officials responded to fire in an abandoned home on 3rd Avenue in Terre Haute just before 7 a.m. Wednesday. The fire is being ruled as arson as officials say the home was vacant and had no utilities turned on at the time of the fire. They are looking for any information regarding the fire with this being the second fire at this same residence in the past few months
