Joseph M. Colvert of Vincennes was arrested Wednesday after police found meth, several grams of marijuana and a bottle of Chlorpromazine while executing a search warrant at his Knox County home. The drug possession was exacerbated as the 39-year-old lived right across the street from Riley Elementary School. Colvert is being held on bond at the Knox County Jail on charges of possession of meth within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of marijuana and possession of an illegal substance.
