The attorney general's office is sending out checks for a total of $6 million to 59 victims of 2011's deadly Indiana State Fair stage collapse.
That's the amount of supplemental relief that was approved earlier this year by the General Assembly.
The state had already paid out $5 million, which is the limit for tort claims under Indiana law.
Attorney General Greg Zoeller says the second round of state payments pays off the medical expenses for all the victims whose injuries weren't permanent.
The August 2011 Sugarland Concert accident killed seven people and injured 60 others.
