A woman in Vermillion County has been arrested after allegedly making false claims of threats against South Vermillion High School.

 Vermillion County Officials say that earlier this week, 36 year old April Lynn York of Clinton, posted on Facebook that she heard kids making threats against South Vermillion High School.  After an investigation police say that those claims were not true and she made it all up.

Police say they aren’t sure why she may have made those claims but she is now the Vermillion County Jail waiting for formal charges and a court appearance.
