Six different police agencies conducted a lockdown practice run at the Charleston High School.

The school hopes this safety drill will reinforce and reassure parents and staff the school’s a safe and drug-free learning environment for all.

The drill focused on insuring all agencies involved have to ability to protect their students and detect the any presence of illegal drugs or other contraband.

This exercise follows the shooting at the Sandy Hook Elementary School.
