The Brazil City Council last week worked on redistricting.
Every 10 years local governments are supposed to use the latest Census data to make sure that voting districts are within 10% of each other.
In Brazil, District 3 has a population of over 1.000 more that the other three districts.
The process has to be wrapped up and lines redrawn by the end of the year.
Brazil’s total population is just under 8,000.
