Vigo County Sheriff’s Deputies were called out around 4 A.M. this morning on a theft of car parts in progress at the Elliot and Sons Scrap Yard.

Deputies pulled over a small pick up leaving the scrap yard.

Police arrested 29 year old Luis Aguilar, 24 year old Steve Hoffman II, and 20 year old Thomas McDaniel, who are all from Terre Haute.

All three are in the Vigo County Jail and are facing various theft charges.

Aguilar is facing charges of possession of pot and paraphernalia.

All will make court appearances early next week.
