A woman makes a court appearance yesterday for allegedly operating while drunk with her son in the car.

Vigo County Sheriffs Deputies say that Becky Toney was found in Mill Dam Park in northern Vigo County.

She told police that she had not been drinking but she refused to get out of the car and she lied about her last name.

Toney will appear in court again December 13.  Her hearing is scheduled for January 9.

She has previous convictions for drunk driving.

Toney’s bail was set at $25,000 with no 10 percent.
