A Terre Haute man accused of abusing his children was in court Monday for a bond reduction hearing.

39 year old Larry Russell is accused of tying up and abusing his children. Russell asked that his $100,000 bond be reduced, and that didn’t happen.

Prosecutors said that they were still in the process of evaluating Russell's children for long term damage and pending the outcome of that investigation; they may upgrade and add more charges.

Larry's wife Nikki is also facing charges in this case.
