The Baltimore Ravens have fired Offfensive Coordinator Cam Cameron.
Cameron was let go Monday due to the lack of consistency in the running and passing game.
Quarterbacks coach and ex-Indianapolis Colts head coach Jim Caldwell will replace Cameron.
Balitmore's offense hasn't been consistant lately and Head Coach John Harbaugh says the move will give them the best chance to win.
Baltimore's record is 9-4 as they remain in first place in the AFC North.
The Ravens are on course to capture there second straight AFC North title and secure there fifth straight playoff appearance.
Cameron was an All-American Quarterback at Terre Haute South VIgo High School in Terre Haute, Indiana. He won the 1979 Trester Award for mental attitude as a guard on the high school basketball team which went to the state finals three years in a row. He played football and basketball at Indiana University under coaches Lee Corso and Bob Knight.
