A Vermillion county man was arrested yesterday for allegedly sending a white powdery substance through the mail.
Police say that 60 year old David Naylor of Perrysville sent the envelope with a white powder to the Mutual of Omaha insurance company in Nebraska.
Authorities have not said what the white powder was.
