Lindsay Lohan can't get in trouble for driving at the moment because she's not behind the wheel: she's a passenger on the tour bus for The Wanted .

Sources close to the band's singer, Max George , tell TMZ  Lohan traveled to Boston on the band’s tour bus Thursday. 

The website says Lohan also attended the band's concert in Philadelphia on Wednesday, and a source says Max invited the actress backstage.

TMZ reports friends of Max are saying he definitely "doesn't want a girlfriend, and is a single guy...but doesn't mind having Lindsay around."

Lohan was arrested last month for allegedly assaulting a woman in a New York club. According to TMZ , Lohan was jealous that the woman, Tiffany Eve Mitchell, was talking to George.
