A trial date is set for the Terre Haute man accused of killing his brother. 47 year old Byron Sutton, will stand trial March 12th next year for allegedly killing his brother and covering it up.
Police say that Sutton killed his older brother, Guy.
The decomposing body was found inside his apartment in Dresier Square. Sutton is held at the Vigo County Jail without bond.
