A Terre Haute businessman arrested earlier in 2012 for receiving stolen property is now facing drug related charges.
52-year-old Darrell Shouse was arrested for allegedly selling hydrocodone to an undercover Vigo County Drug Task Force informant back in September.
Shouse now faces charges of dealing and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
