Autopsy results are back on an inmate who died in a local jail over the weekend in the Clarke County Jail. 43 year old Shannon Patten of Tolono, Illinois was found dead in her cell during a routine check this past weekend.
The Clark County, Illinois, coroner says that Patten died from a self inflicted injury and foul play has been ruled out.
