TERRE HAUTE, IN (WIBQ) -- The man wanted by police for the incident at Regional Hospital is in police custody. Richard Kinley was arrested during a traffic stop near Union Hospital yesterday morning according to Sheriff Greg Ewing. A physician’s office called police with the man's whereabouts. Kinley was found in vehicle near the northside hospital.
