TERRE HAUTE, IN (WIBQ) -- Getting caught trying to smuggle contraband or drugs into the prison will always get you in trouble, and an Ohio womean learned that the hard way. Lucille Washington was sentenced to 13 months following her guilty plea for bringing marijuana into the Federal Correctional Complex in Terre Haute, when she visited an inmate. Washington placed several balloons filled with marijuana inside a bag that contained an apple pie and passed the bag to the inmate.
