Marshall (WIBQ)-A 24 year old man who had been on the lamb was finally caught Tuesday night after hiding out in the Wabash Valley. Paul Rayle faces a number of charges in Dubois County including criminal confinement and burglary. It all began last week when an Indiana State Trooper tried to stop him for speeding in southern Indiana. He took off, ditched his car and then stole another car from a woman at knife point. He was arrested at home in Marshall. The homeowner who kept him from police now faces charges including harboring a fugitive.
