Sheboygan, Wis. (WHBL) - Echoing the sentiments of most Town Hall meetings, health care reform dominated the conversation when Representative Tom Petri came to Sheboygan.
A full house was on hand as the Sixth District Congressman listened to his constituents ask their questions and voice their concerns. And while topics such as unemployment benefits and illegal immigrants were brought up, the subject discussed most was health care reform. Ed Michael, a military veteran from Sheboygan Falls, asked Rep. Petri how reform will affect veteran’s benefits.
Rep. Petri told those on hand that health care reform is not a done deal and he’s still waiting to see what version of the legislation makes it out of a conference committee.
