7th District County Commissioner Steve Raukar of Hibbing will chair the St. Louis County Board in 2010. 2nd District Commissioner Steve O'Neil of Duluth will serve as vice chair. The Duluth School Board also held their organizational meeting on Tuesday and elected Tim Grover as the Chairperson and Mary Cameron as Vice Chair.
