Video Game Summer Camp!

by Nick Steele

No, I'm not talking about watching your kid play video games on the couch all Summer long. This is an actual Video Game camp where kids age 10-14 can learn how to create and play their very own video games!

Create & Play Camps offers a  Video Game Design program located at eBash in Terre Haute. This weekly camp teaches kids age 10 - 14 how to create their own games from scratch. You'll be able to create your own 3D worlds, add characters, interact with objects, and much much more. We also offer team based activities in different games, such as Minecraft, that they can implement into their own game creations. Other related topics that are taught are introductions to graphic design and creating web pages. Our main goal is to have a fun, social environment while learning new skills. Camps run Monday - Friday from 9am - 4pm on these dates, June 24, July 15, July 22, and July 29. Snacks & lunch are provided for each person attending camp and after care hours are available. For more information call Create & Play Camps at (812) 235-0040 or register online at createandplaycamps.com.
