Monday Presley and I went to the dog park to play and my friend Hollee took pictures of the pups playing together. She snapped this really cute one of Presley so I had to share, just like a proud mom!

At LINDSAY LOHAN'S hearing yesterday, the Judge laid out the conditions for her outpatient treatment.
Between now and a hearing on November 1st, Lindsay has to remain in California. She also has to undergo psychiatric treatment AT LEAST four times a week. She has to attend some kind of dependency meeting, like Alcohol Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous, at least five times a week. She must contact a chemical dependency counselor at least SEVEN times a week. She has to attend behavioral therapy twice a week. And she will be randomly tested for drugs and alcohol twice a week. And she's not allowed to miss a single test. Lindsay's attorney is required to provide statements twice a week affirming that Lindsay is meeting her requirements.
If Lindsay flakes on ANY of these terms, she gets sent back to the pen for 30 days.
!Online is reporting that Glee’s Kurt (played by Chris Colfer) will be getting a boyfriend this season, and according to Jane Lynch (Sue Sylvester on the show) the role has already been cast! The role is going to Chord Overstreet. More from E!:
“They’ve cast him already,” Jane Lynch told us last night at the Audi and Chopard Emmy party when we asked about Kurt’s much-anticpiated love interest. “He becomes the new star quarterback and he’s going to be Kurt’s boyfriend.”
While Lynch said she couldn’t remember the name of the actor who is playing Kurt’s beau, she described the lucky guy as “a good looking kid.”
“He’s tall, boyish with straight blonde hair and big fat, pouty lips,” she said.

The owner of a Beverly Hills beauty salon has been charged with Fraud this past Wednesday!
Marie Gabriella Perez, 51, has been arrested and accused of credit card fraud. Supposedly racking up hundreds of thousands of dollars from many famous celebs. Including the likes of Liv Tyler.
She was taken in by Secret Service agents at her Chez Gabriela Studio where she works. Her charges include 2 counts of fraud which could put her in prison for a maximum of 25 years if found guilty!
Perez has listed Jennifer Aniston, Halley Berry, and even Cher among her famous clients. An affidavit states that there were about $214,000 in fraudulent charges from the beauty salon on Liv Tyler’s credit cards. This took place in a five month period last year.
Jewelry designer Loree Rodkin was also a victim of Marie. Her attorney told investigators that her credit card was also used without permission by Perez to the tune of about $68,000. Perez offered Rodkin about $25,000 worth in products to reimburse her for the fraudulent charges, but Rodkin was not interested.
Rodkin mentioned to authorities that other clients, such as Jennifer Aniston, Cher, and Anne Hathaway also had similar charges placed on their credit cards.
