It's hard to believe it's taken this long

THE OCTOMOM ISN'T BEING EVICTED YET . . . BUT PETA WANTS TO PUT A SPAY OR NEUTER SIGN IN HER FRONT YARD: 

In case you were wondering, nobody is trying to evict NADYA "OCTOMOM" SULEMAN or her 14 kids from their house yet.

--The guy who sold the house to Nadya and her dad said he would hold off on foreclosure proceedings and give them a few months to catch up on some payments.

--One of the things that put them behind is a $450,000 balloon payment that came due.  But during this little "grace period", Nadya and her dad plan to apply for a new loan to take care of it.

--If she wanted to, Nadya could make a little extra cash by teaming up with PETA.  They're offering to pay Nadya for the right to put a sign in her yard reminding people to spay and neuter their pets.

--It reads, quote, "Don't let your dog or cat become an Octomom.  Always spay or neuter."  (???)
