Normally when you have so many unpaid parking tickets you get a boot put on your car so you can't drive. I've witnessed it happen to people in college and they get MAD! Well one man decided to use the boot to his advantage and to keep people from stealing his car!
The man, Rafal, is from Chicago and above is a picture of him putting a boot on his car, a 1994 Acura Integra. Even though his car is older, it's easier to break into and steal and car thiefs can get the same amount as they would for a new car when taking it to a chop shop.
The boot cost $100 on Ebay and there aren't any laws saying car owners can't put a boot on their own car.
