I have this weird thing about not moving into houses where horror films were created, so this isn't for me. The house they used to film Wes Craven's Nightmare On Elm Street is up for sale!

It looks almost the same on the outside but the inside has been renovated to look more modern. It's located in California (not on a street named Elm) and going for the measly amount of $2.1 million. You can check out more about the listing here.
