How to Detox Without Starving

So you ate everything you saw on Thanksgiving AND all the leftovers on the weekend. Don't worry, that "After Thanksgiving Diet" won't be too hard because there's a detox diet where you don't have to starve yourself! Here they are:

1. Load up on liquids (lots of water)

2. Cut calories, but don't slash (1400-1600/day)

3. Eat A Healthy Breakfast!

4. Eat More Greens

5. Lean Meals

6. Snack with Fruits & Veggies

7. Cut Out Soda...yes Diet too!

8. Exercise Some
