I don't get how this girl NEVER has to take responsibility for her actions!! I seriously think she has some kind of arangement with the man DOWNSTAIRS!!

Despite everything she’s been arrested for and accused of, Lindsay Lohan sure knows how to score an awesome plea deal.

This time around, as she’s facing charges of lying to police in regard to a car accident last June, she might get off the hook pretty nicely.

In fact, she might be scoring the deal of a lifetime considering it is now reported that alcohol was found at the scene of the accident AND LiLo smelled like she had been drinking!

Instead of throwing the book at her like pretty much the whole public wants, the Santa Monica City Attorney wants to send her to rehab…once again.

But jail is kind of like being in rehab?

They’d like her to spend 60 days in a residential rehab, which is actually four months less than the original offer being given to her. She would also have to attend AA meetings and do community service.

But, before you start getting raging mad over this cushy deal, the L.A. City Attorney might stick it to the redheaded starlet. They are in charge of her jewelry theft case where she was still on probation at the time of the accident.

And for this probation violation, they've been wanting jail time!

There will be a plea bargain meeting today between both prosecutors and LiLo’s attorney, Mark Heller.
