Today is National Pancake Day! Well at least according to IHOP 7 years ago when they started this promotion. They will be offering a free short stack of pancakes today from 7am - 10pm

Although it is a free short stack it's actually to raise awareness and money for the Children's Miracle Network hospitals.  You're encouraged to make a voluntary donation while you're there, and last year they pulled in $3 million. 

So you don't HAVE to, but now that you have read this post and know that you are encouraged to, you can't say you didn't know better.
