Boyz II Men will perform in Moscow  to encourage Russian people to have sex. Russia's population is declining, and this show is reportedly part of an effort by President VLADIMIR PUTIN to get Russkies in the mood.

Russia is looking at a possible decline of 25 million people by 2050, due to low birth rates and early death due to alcoholism, heroin abuse, pollution and general poor health.
