Statement From Kyle West

Over the weekend, Terre Haute was the host to the Scheid Diesel Extravaganza, a rather large regional event that brings in thousands of people to the area.  In a lapse of judgment Saturday night on air, I said some negative comments about some of the visitors of the event that I now regret.  Sometimes when trying to entertain, "pushing the envelope" helps generate more reaction from our listeners, something I always try to do when I am on the air. 

I would like to take back the negative comments that I made, and the negative phone calls that I aired on Mix-FM Saturday evening, and would like to thank Scheid Diesel for putting this event on to help stimulate the Terre Haute economy.  Again, my comments were in poor taste, and I apologize to Scheid Diesel, and those who attended the event over the weekend.
