That high school kid who made a YouTube video asking Kate Upton to his prom might get his wish.  He was on the "Today"show yesterday, and Kate called in and said she would check her schedule. It's still not an official yes but he might end up the luckiest guy in the world

It sounds like Lindsay Lohan’s plea deal may be in jeopardy. Lindsay agreed to spend 90 days in a lockdown rehab facility in New York, but that may be yanked because New York doesn’t have any lockdown facilities. The deal was offered only after Lindsay’s lawyer Mark Heller assured them such facilities existed.  Prosecutors are said to be checking to see if he lied and if that’s the case Lindsay may wind up in jail. 

Miley Cyrus is wearing her engagement ring again.  She posted a picture of herself on Twitter and the ring is clearly visible.  She didn't make any comments about it.

The "New York Daily News" reports that Jon Hamm's bulge is so distracting on the set of "Mad Men" that he's being asked to WEAR UNDERWEAR.  Apparently, the pants he needs to wear are too tight for him to be, well, hanging free.

Rihanna's 10-bus caravan was stopped at a border crossing near Detroit after an investigator caught a whiff of marijuana.  They only found a "small amount" of “an illegal substance” on ONE guy.  Rihanna wasn't on any of the buses.

It’s looking more and more like Jimmy Fallon will be taking over The Tonight Show once Jay Leno finally leaves. Not only have sources told the New York Times that NBC has committed to giving Fallon the gig, the network has already agreed to move the late night talker to New York from Burbank, CA.
