In his first interview, Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te'O told ESPN that he wasn't involved in the dead-girlfriend hoax . . . and started answering some of the many questions that came out of that bizarre story.  And he says he TRIED to video chat with his girlfriend, but there were technical difficulties.
