Argo" won Best Picture at last night's Oscars, and director Ben Affleck  fought back tears during his acceptance speech.  Other winners included Daniel Day-Lewis, Jennifer Lawrence, Anne Hathaway, Christoph Waltz and Quentin Tarantino. 

Seth MacFarlanes's hosting duties last night included only ONE of his cartoon voices:  The lead character from "Ted".  He also had an opening skit that included William Shatner, ballroom and tap dancing, and calling out several actresses who've showed off their boobs.

Whiskey and condoms were in the $45,000 gift bags that were given to Oscar nominees who didn't win.  One of the recipients of those gift bags was 9-year-old Quvenhane Wallis.

Quvenhane Wallis will star in the "Annie" remake that WILLOW SMITH recently backed out of.  It's due out in 2014.

The Razzies took aim at the final "Twilight" film this year, giving it SEVEN awards, including Worst Picture, Worst Actress for Kristen Stewart and Worst Supporting Actor for Taylor Lautner. Adam Sandler won Worst Actor for "That's My Boy", and Rihanna won Worst Supporting Actress for "Battleship". 

Kim Kardashian and Kayne West are having a girl.

Mc Hammer was arrested for obstructing and resisting a cop.  Hammer was in a shopping center parking lot when a cop approached and asked if he was on parole or probation.  Hammer says he was cooperative, but the cop overreacted and even pulled his gun. 

"Identity Thief" reclaimed the top spot at the box office in its third week after earning another $14.1 million this weekend. THE ROCK'S new movie "Snitch" made about a million less and had to settle for second place.
