Katie had to fill out some paperwork last week, and her boyfriend happened to be there with her.

Katie listed her ex as an emergency contact... now her boyfriend is freaked out!  She says her ex and her were together for three years and have become friends, and she still feels close to him!

So ... Should you list your ex as an emergency contact?

New Jersey Governor CHRIS CHRISTIE is defending his decision to fly the state flag at half-staff on Saturday in honor of Whitney Houston.  

He says her substance abuse should not "forfeit the good things that she did in her life."

Some say it's wrong to honor a drug addict.
