'Lost' actress Tania Raymonde to play defendant, Jodi Arias in a new lifetime movie about that whole thing.  If you’re unfamiliar she is the girl who viciously murdered her Ex-Boyfriend in the summer of 2008….something like 27 stab wounds, he was also shot in the head and had a slit throat…..but it was all self defense according to her!  Trial started Jan 2nd this year and is about to end with a verdict soon.

The Kim K and Kris Humphries divorce may be settled….tomorrow…let’s hope.  He’s losing the battle and wants 7 million.  He won’t get it, but he may get something from her just to end it quickly out of convenience.

Pamela Anderson says she's toning down her look.  So we can all take her seriously again as an actress like we did back in . . . um . . . never.

Bradley Cooper reportedly lives with his mother.  His female fans think it cute.  Oh sure, HE does it and it's cute . . . but other guys that live with mom until their 40 are losers.  Whatever.

  • WHOA! A beverage that tastes like the milk at the bottom of your cereal bowl?

    Posted by Tommy Fox

One of the highlights of eating really sugary cereal is drinking the milk that's left in the bowl.  Because all that sugar soaks in, and turns it into some kind of impossibly delicious super-milk.  What could be a better beverage idea than this?  And why did it take so long for someone to come up with it?

Well . . . a company is FINALLY selling milk that tastes like the milk from the bottom of a cereal bowl.

The company is called Cow Wow, and their "cereal milk" is just about to roll out nationwide.

The milk comes in two flavors.  We haven't tried them, but from the packaging we're guessing they're modeled after the milk left behind by Fruity Pebbles and Cocoa Pebbles.

They have two more flavors coming out later this year.  And based on the packaging for those, we're guessing they're designed to taste like Lucky Charms, and the HOLY GRAIL of cereal milk flavors . . . Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

The milk comes in eight-and-a-half-ounce packages, and they have about 175 calories each.

  • What CAN'T the iPhone do?

    Posted by Tommy Fox

I mean, I've heard people say that iPhones these days can do anything, but that's just usually something people say.  Right?  Sure, you can deposit a check into your bank account, get directions to virtually anywhere in the world or spend mindless hours playing games on your phone.  But now you can now control your prosthetic hands with them.

In 2008, 29-year-old Jason Koger was riding his four wheeler when he hit a downed power line.  He was in a coma for three days . . . and when he woke up, both of his hands had been amputated.  (They don't say where the accident happened.)

He's been using a variety of prosthetic hands for the last five years . . . but each one has a different grip and very limited movement.  Jason said it's like having to use one tool from his toolbox at a time.

But a company in England solved that problem, and Jason just became the first person in the WORLD to get two bionic hands that can be controlled by his iPhone.

The hands are the closest thing to a real human hand . . . each of the fingers move independently, and his thumb can rotate fully, just like an actual thumb.

Basically, he can use his prosthetic fingers to work the iPhone, and there's a special app that lets him choose from 24 different grips that are programmed in.

  • Green Bank West Virginia, the town dedicated to living pre-wireless technology

    Posted by Tommy Fox

Are you sick of being accessible 24/7?  Do you ever feel like you just want to get away from it all?  Well, there's a town for that.

A remote West Virginia town with no cell service, Wi-Fi hotspots, or TV has become a haven for people who say that wireless technology is making them sick.

Dozens of so-called “Wi-Fi refugees” suffering from a controversial malady called electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) have moved to Green Bank, West Virginia, where cell phone and Wi-Fi signals are banned. An estimated five percent of Americans claim to have EHS, a condition not recognized by the scientific community.

Green Bank is located in the US National Radio Quiet Zone, a 13,000-square mile area where electromagnetic radiation on the radio spectrum—such as radio and TV broadcasts, Wi-Fi networks, and signals from cell phones, Bluetooth and other high-tech electronic devices—are outlawed, to prevent transmissions from interfering with a local radio telescope and a nearby military radio installation.

Teen Mom Star Farrah Abraham is being kicked out of her moms house in the wake of her adult video with adult film star James Dean.  Her mother initially denied that she would ever do that, but then the next day after Farrah admitted it to the media….it was not good for their mother daughter relationship.  Her mother gave her the boot ... Farrah said, "After meeting with my counselor today, I've packed up everything and I'm not talking to my mom anymore."  She adds, "My mother will never be a good mother to me and it is too hurtful to deal with let alone have my daughter Sophia around it."….of course FARRAH, HOW DARE YOUR MOM BE UPSET THAT YOU MADE AN ADULT VIDEO!!!  WHAT A BAD MOTHER!!  Does anyone else find it ironic that Farrah is preaching about being a good mother.

"Al would be rolling over in his grave right now if he knew something like this were to actually air on TV,"

Khloe Kardashian said in an interview that the topic of Kim's baby weight should be "off limits."   Khloe then gave six more interviews on the topic of Kim's baby weight.

  • Want to Know the Odds of Being Pulled Over . . . or Getting a Ticket Once You Do Get Pulled Over?

    Posted by Tommy Fox

I have stumbled upon the results of a study that figured out that your odds of getting pulled over, getting a ticket or getting in an accident.

    Here we go…

Your odds of being pulled over in a year are about an 8.7% chance.

The probabilities of getting a ticket when a cop DOES pull you over are about a 56% chance… in other words, it’s worse than a coin flip.

Finally your likelihood of getting into a car accident on a 1,000 –mile trip is about a 0.3% chance of happening.

  • Miley Cyrus Smoking A Blunt

    Posted by Tommy Fox

Remember when Miley Cyrus said, "It's not marijuana, it's Salvia"? Well this time she can't use that excuse. She was caught smoking weed Sunday night at Greystone manor in Hollywood. This is the same joint where Rihanna was toking a fat one just a week earlier.

     Check it out for yourself.

Pat Summerall -- a staple on CBS and Fox Sports who famously called NFL games with John Madden for decades -- is dead at 82

So a Bill is on its way to legislation to combat CELEBRITY SWATTING PRANKS!!  It actually passed it’s first hurdle and basically it enforces steep jail time and fines combined for committing the crime.  Recent victims include, Bieber, Seacrest, Rihanna, Tom Cruise…..

Miley Cyrus smoking a blunt on video in a club.  I’m not encouraging the behavior, but I don’t understand why it’s a big deal when people like Snoop and Rihanna brag about it, but when she or Bieber do it, it’s a major ordeal?!!  Let’s remember, she’s no longer Hannah Montana!!

Kendall Jenner says she wants to be a Victoria's Secret model.  A member of the Kardashian family taking off her clothes in an effort to get famous?   Yeah, right!

  • Six Everyday Things You Might Be Doing Wrong

    Posted by Tommy Fox

If you think you've got this whole life thing figured out, here's a list that might change your mind.  Check out six everyday things you might be doing wrong.

    1.  Putting Leftovers Directly in the Fridge.

You especially shouldn't do it if it's something big, like leftover ham that hasn't been cut up

This is because when you put hot food directly into a refrigerator, the outside gets cold before the middle does which increases the amount of bacteria and can lead to food poisoning.  So it's better to let it cool on the counter for up to an hour, THEN put it in the fridge

    2.  Picking Up Your Prescriptions at a Pharmacy Drive-Thru.

According to an Ohio State University survey of more than 400 pharmacists, a mistake with your prescription is more likely to happen, because working the drive-thru is more distracting than dealing with customers inside the store.

If you really like the convenience of using the drive-thru, just make sure you always double-check the prescriptions they give you.

    3.  Leaving Your Wallet or Handbag on the Kitchen Counter.  One study found that the bottom of purses had up to 10,000 bacteria per square inch. SICK!

This can then end up on the food you cook.  So you're better off leaving your handbag or wallet pretty much anywhere else.

    4.  Snagging the Front Row at an Exercise Class, Where You Can See Yourself in the Mirror.  It's not PHYSICALLY unhealthy, but it can be MENTALLY unhealthy.

A 2003 study of 58 women found that the ones who could clearly see themselves in a mirror while they exercised felt more anxious AFTER the workout.

With that said, all of the women in the study were at least slightly overweight.  So if you're ripped, front and center might be fine.

    5.  Cranking Your Headphones When You're in a Loud Environment.  Like a bus, a subway, or a plane. Harvard researchers found that in reasonably quiet surroundings, people tend to keep the volume of their music at a safe level.  But once there's a little bit of background noise, 80% listen at an unsafe level.

If you have noise-cancelling headphones though, you might be alright.  In the study, only 20% of the people who used them listened at a level that could potentially damage their hearing.

    6.  Storing Your Coffee Beans in the Freezer.  Which most people do.  But storing them in the freezer doesn't actually keep them fresh, because every time you take them out to make coffee, their temperature fluctuates, creating condensation.

And condensation leeches out the flavor.  So you're actually better off keeping them in an airtight container right on your kitchen counter.

Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne have split up ... at least temporarily ... and they are now living apart ... multiple sources tell TMZ.  Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ ... Sharon is currently living at the Beverly Hills Hotel, while Ozzy is living at a rented home several miles from the Bev Hills Hotel.  As far as we know ... there are no plans for divorce ... at least not now.  Sharon and Ozzy have been married for 31 years and have 3 kids.

Garth Brooks has friends in low places because he's one of the lowest human beings on the planet ... according to a lawsuit filed by his former business partner.
Lisa Sanderson -- who worked with Garth for 20 years -- claims in her uber-colorful lawsuit that -- although Brooks passes himself off as "a humble and highly principled 'everyman'" -- he's actually a "paranoid, angry, deceitful and vindictive man who will turn against those closest to him on a dime."
Sanderson alleges she was a successful TV producer whom Brooks lured to jump start his TV and movie career.  But she claims Brooks was his own worst enemy, killing deals with Disney, Fox and others by making ridiculous demands.
Sanderson says Brooks torpedoed a bunch of great opportunities because of his unbridled megalomania.  For example, she says Brooks was offered an acting gig to appear as a sniper in "Saving Private Ryan," but he refused because "he wanted to be the star and was unwilling to share the limelight with ... Tom Hanks, Matt Damon, and Edward Burns."
And then there was the movie "Twister."  Sanderson says Brooks nixed a chance to play a bad guy because he didn't want to play second fiddle to a tornado.  As for Sanderson, she says Brooks screwed her in the salary, bonus and profits department, allegedly lying to her about the pot of gold she'd get if she stuck around.
In the lawsuit, filed by Marty Singer and Allison Hart, Sanderson wants $425,000 in unpaid bonus and salary, as well as punitive damages.

Bradley Cooper won Best Actor for "Silver Linings Playbook".  He called it an honor and thanked MTV viewers for being way too young to realize that Daniel Day-Lewis’s performance in "Lincoln" was way better.
